The focus of our session will be on the long-term role of family funders in the rebuilding efforts following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the Gulf Coast.

The call will feature updates from the areas affected on their current status and expected long-term needs; a briefing from the national perspective on long-term disaster recovery needs and lessons learned from other hurricanes; and suggestions on how families can be effective in long-term rebuilding.
