"Intro to Philanthropy Day" Video

The Peery Foundation, a family foundation, recently produced a video (using iPhones and desktop editing software) that profiles their efforts to include their family’s “3rd Generation” in the foundation’s work.

They write, "We finally introduced the next generation of Peerys to the Peery Foundation. We spent a great day learning about philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, and some of the amazing work that people are doing in our community. There were no parents allowed so we had to at least make this video for the next board meeting! Best quote of the day from one of the kids: 'Guys, this is serious. We can't give them a grant because they have candy in the lobby!'"
