The BIPOC Leaders Peer Network is a learning and connection opportunity for leaders and practitioners of color in family philanthropy. It is available to staff members or trustees of family philanthropies or consultants working within family philanthropy. Please note that staff of community foundations, philanthropy-serving organizations, and nonprofits are not permitted to attend.

The network is chaired by Audrey Jacobs and Dr. LaTonya Penny.

Having diverse voices and perspectives in philanthropic organizations helps to advance, inform, and support effective grantmaking and operations practices. While the participation of BIPOC professionals in family philanthropy is essential for impactful work, turnover remains high. Join us to discuss the importance of affinity spaces and learn about the work of organizations providing resources to support BIPOC practitioners and their respective communities. Explore how solidarity among BIPOC colleagues can fuel and support your work.
