Foundations’ Double Standard: How Funders Flout Their Own Rules

This article points to the results of a recent Urban Institute survey of nearly 1,2000 foundations which found that foundations who find it is important for their grantees to collaborate, get feedback, and conduct formal evaluations seldom do these things themselves.
