Monroe has served as president of the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York (formerly the Community Health Foundation of Western and Central New York) since it began operation in 2003. Prior to coming to the Foundation, Ann was the director of the quality initiative at the California HealthCare Foundation, an independent philanthropic organization committed to improving California’s health care delivery and financing systems.
