Catherine Muther is the founder and president of Three Guineas Fund. A former senior marketing officer at Cisco Systems, she invested her own money to create an equity fund to provide economic opportunity for women and girls. In 2009, Three Guineas Fund restructured as a private foundation. The fund makes grants in education and the environment consistent with the foundation’s bylaws, while keeping its core commitment to women and girls.
