Joel Luedtke is Senior Program Officer at the The Jay and Rose Phillips Family Foundation. In this role he helps design and manage the Foundation’s grantmaking initiatives. Joel also serves as the point person for the Foundation’s funding strategies in the areas of employment and education. Previously he served as the Director of the Minnesota Council of Churches’ Refugee Services program. Joel earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. He is a proud “Northeaster” and lives with his family in Minneapolis’ Audubon Park neighborhood.
