A little bit of everything! My primary responsibilities are operational, financial, and administrative. But, if I can be helpful to the program or development teams, I am always happy to pitch in and bring my expertise to the table.
What did you do before NCFP?
Most recently, I consulted for a variety of organizations, focusing primarily on programmatic and management issues unique to non-profits. Before that, I was with the German Marshall Fund for many years, working for a long time in leadership development programs focused on young professionals. Many of those young people that I worked with 10 or 15 years ago have become senior leaders in philanthropy and I am delighted that I get to re-engage with some of them here at NCFP.
