Will Fitzpatrick is an advisor and attorney to families, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals who wish to harness their capital to accelerate social impact. In 2005, Will was instrumental in conceiving and implementing Omidyar Network’s novel legal structure, combining a VC fund and private foundation and allowing Omidyar Network to deploy over $1B of capital to for-profit entities and nonprofits globally. With deep experience in international operations and new governance models, he has the ability to quickly identify how to bring mission and profit into balance. Based in San Francisco, Will serves as a lecturer at the Berkeley School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
