Driven by a desire to address urgent needs and create lasting change in a shorter time frame, the Fred and Barbara Erb Family Foundation decided in 2022 to spend down its assets by 2034. Join Board Chair John Erb and President Melissa Damaschke to hear what they have learned from the first three years into their 12-year sunset process. Learn about how they came to the decision to limit the foundation’s lifespan and how they are working to implement transformative projects that making a lasting difference in the communities they partner with.

For those who would like to participate, we will have an additional 15 minutes of networking time at the end of the program.

If you are not yet a member of the Strategic Lifespan Peer Network, you may join and be notified when registration for this event opens here.
