Walton Family Foundation Executive Director Steps Down

Stephanie Cornell announced that she will step down from her position leading the Walton Family Foundation at the end of the year.

Brian Eule Selected as President and CEO of Heising-Simons Foundation

Eule, who served as director of journalism and communications at the Heising-Simons Foundation from 2015 to 2024, will return to lead the foundation in January of 2026.

New Leadership at the Panta Rhea Foundation

Amalia Brindis Delgado has been promoted to executive director of the Panta Rhea Foundation. The foundation also added two new members to its board including Shawn Escoffery, CEO the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Foundation.

Christopher Family Foundation Selects New Executive Director

Monique Bobb Schlichtman joins the Christopher Family Foundation as its executive director. She was formerly a program officer at the Lumpkin Family Foundation, another NCFP member organization.

Hill-Snowdon Foundation Announces Additional Spending

With a new, four-year, $4.5 million Protect, Block, and Build Initiative, the Hill-Snowdon Foundation will increase its annual payout to fifteen percent. The initiative was “developed response to the severe threats posed by the current administration’s dismantling of hard-fought progressive policies, practices, and infrastructure.”

Walder Foundation Publishes New Guide

A new guide from the Walder Foundation outlines approaches to build the immigration field, integrate immigrant-focused strategies into existing issue-based portfolios, and invest in intermediaries.

Magic Cabinet’s CEO Announces Plans to Step Down

Christine Engel, CEO of the foundation called Magic Cabinet, plans to step down at year-end.
