As CSO Bridget leads the development, monitoring, implementation, evaluation and advancement of CMF’s short- and long-term goals within their strategic framework in collaboration with their president and CEO, Kyle Caldwell, working closely with the CMF team. She helps to develop, execute and provide analysis for pilots, projects and initiatives and support internal development and external partnerships, ensuring alignment and accountability to their mission, vision, values and core priorities.
