Janine Mason is the founder and architect of the nationally recognized Fieldstone Leadership Network, a continuum of leadership training and learning opportunities for nonprofit leaders. Recognized as a convener, connector and cheerleader, Janine has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 30 years, leading the Fieldstone Foundation as its Executive Director and working with the Weingart Foundation as a consulting program officer. She began consulting with the Clare Rose Foundation in 2020.
