Jeremy Smith is the President of the Rainwater Charitable Foundation (RCF). Smith joined the Rainwater Charitable Foundation in April of 2009. RCF funds $50M to $60M annually in the areas of children’s well-being, neurodegenerative disease research (including the Tau Consortium and the Rainwater Prize Program) and education-related gifts in East Africa.
Prior to joining the Rainwater team, Smith worked at McKinsey & Company. Prior to McKinsey, he worked in global management engineering at Merck & Co.
Smith is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, the Harvard Divinity School and the University of Arkansas (BS in engineering). Smith also currently serves as a board member at the Commit Partnership, the Tarrant To and Through (T3) Partnership, the Dallas Foundation and the North Texas Community Foundation.
