Dr. Rebecca Cisek currently serves as the Chief Impact Officer for the Bainum Family Foundation and Children’s Equity Fund. She is passionate about contributing to a just society through the development of high-performing organizations. Throughout her career, Rebecca has focused on organizational learning, strategy, and culture to empower others to achieve outstanding results. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science at West Virginia University and her Master of Education at the University of Virginia. She worked as a clinician/educator for eight years, culminating in the Director of Sports Medicine position at the University of San Francisco. Rebecca completed her Doctor of Education in Organization and Leadership at the University of San Francisco, and then worked for Target Corporation in HR, learning, and development. Rebecca has served as a member of the Bainum Family Foundation team for the past 10 years. Rebecca spends her free time enjoying adventures with her family.
