Community Trustees Peer Network

This peer network will convene nonfamily members serving on family foundation boards. Through peer-driven conversations, members of this network will exchange insights and reflect on the shared challenges and opportunities of this role.

With a focus on impact, discussions will explore strategies for building trust with family board members, shaping equitable decision-making processes, and staying grounded in the needs and voices of the communities the philanthropy serves.

Whether you’re new to the role or a longtime board member, this space offers a supportive environment to share lessons, ask candid questions, and navigate the distinct responsibilities of community trustees.
