Some of these strategies include creating individual and collective ownership opportunities in private and commercial real estate, businesses, personal financial assets, and more. Santhosh Ramdoss, president, CEO, and chief investment officer of Gary Community Ventures will share the strategy, approach, and range of tools that Gary is adopting to expand community ownership leveraging its assets and endowment in service of this goal.
