BIPOC Leaders Peer Network: The Importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Meeting Your Mission

Making the world a better place for all is central to the mission of many philanthropic institutions. Despite that goal, many funders are currently struggling to recognize the ways that the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion work in service of their missions. Join us for a discussion about tools and strategies that connect intent to impact, led by network co-chairs Dr. LaTonya Penny and Audrey Jacobs. We will hold role-specific breakouts to discuss both the challenges and opportunities of this work, and we will discuss the importance of having self-care practice in the process.

If you are not yet a member of the BIPOC Leaders Peer Network, you may join and be added to emails for the network here. Please note that staff of community foundations, philanthropy-serving organizations, and nonprofits are not permitted to attend.

For this interactive meeting, we encourage attendees to join with webcams on. To help foster candid discussions, peer network events are not recorded.
