Andrew Hapke coaches innovative leaders to take their careers and organizations to the next level. Before he became an executive coach and advisor to family businesses he spent 15 years building products and leading teams at American Express, Etsy, and Splice. Having been a start-up founder, a product leader and a non profit professional, he has worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology and social impact for his whole career. In addition to his private sector experience, Andrew has worked for over 20 years as a board member on his family’s foundation, the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation serving Southeastern San Diego. Andrew received his MBA from Yale, and his undergraduate business degree from Villanova. When he is not coaching, he likes to surf, garden and cook for his wife and two kids.
