Christine Dawson, CFRE is Vice President of Philanthropic Services at the Community Foundation for Monterey County and a Certified Fund Raising Executive. Christine helps individuals, families and businesses realize their philanthropic vision. Since 2011 she has overseen the Philanthropic Resource Department and helps donors give more effectively through charitable funds, life-income vehicles and legacy giving. Christine has over twenty five years’ experience in nonprofit development and administration. She was Associate Director of Development for the Physical and Biological Sciences Division at UC Santa Cruz and Director of Development for the Hyde Collection, an art museum in Glen Falls, New York.  Throughout her career, Christine has served as an advocate for healthy families, women’s issues and community.
