Isabel Nogueira

Program Manager of External Relations, Stanford PACS

Isabel Nogueira is the Program Manager of External Relations at Stanford PACS, where she focuses on cultivating donor communities, fundraising, and supporting public events. She joined PACS after receiving her Master’s in Development Practice from UC Berkeley, during which she conducted research at CARE International and completed an internship at the Hewlett Foundation’s Gender Equity and Governance program. Previously, Isabel was Program Manager at Center for Latin American Studies at UC Berkeley and a Princeton-in-Latin America fellow with the nonprofit Saúde Criança in Rio de Janeiro.
