During this session we will learn about a variety of impact strategies, how to decide which strategies to use, and ultimately how to implement them. Join us to hear about strategies such as impact investing, using the 5Ts of stewardship (time, talent, treasure, ties, and testimony), grantmaking strategies, and power sharing. Leaders who have implemented these strategies will share their processes and learnings and you’ll leave with ideas about how to apply them in your own context and deepen your impact. There will also be time for networking and connection with your fellow emerging leaders.

The Emerging Leaders Peer Network is for family members ages 21 to 40 who are early in—or preparing to take on—a governance role. The network provides a space for collaborative learning, knowledge sharing, and growing leadership skills. Please plan to join the session with your camera on if you are able, as there will be time for networking and connection in addition to the program.
