As a senior leader in a highly visible role, you may face situations in which your beliefs differ from the position of the organization you represent. This session focuses on how to navigate these situations. Join us for a pragmatic discussion about how to initiate difficult conversations, ask the right questions, and respectfully disagree with your board. You’ll have the opportunity to workshop real-world scenarios with peers and refine your strategy for maintaining professional integrity under pressure.

NCFP’s Nonfamily Staff Peer Network is for senior level nonfamily staff members at NCFP Member organizations. It is chaired by Juliana Cagle and Molly Chafetz. Learn more and join the network here.
