The Board of Trustees of Delaplaine Foundation, Inc. recognizes the importance of instilling a sense of community and philanthropic giving in the next generation to help others. The Board encourages attendance and participation in Foundation meetings by family members as early as age 17, as an Associate Board
member. Family members are able and encouraged to apply for full Board trusteeship at the of age 25. This document describes the expectations for service, and the process by which a family candidate transitions from Associate Board to Full Trustee.
