Delaplaine Foundation trustee members shall unless otherwise determined by the Executive Committee (should there be a major economic downturn in the market that negatively impacts the financial assets of the Foundation) have the privilege of submitting discretionary grants each year in the amount pre-determined/approved by the Executive Committee for each Trustee as limited funds from the total grant funds shall annually be designated for that purpose.
Additionally, Associate Board members shall be allotted a collective pre-determined/approved amount by the Executive Committee to be divided between each member equally, with any unspent amount going back to the group to be divided proportionally. These discretionary grants shall not exceed 20% of the Foundation’s total grants distribution dollar amount per grant cycle.
