The Board of Directors and Lohengrin Foundation staff launched its strategic planning process by engaging in a series of key activities that helped to inform the plan’s design. Over twelvemonths, we participated in activities that supported the development of a community and data-informed strategy to serve as a guide for the Foundation’s grantmaking.
