Signing in to the website
If this is your first time visiting the new ncfp.org (launched December 2025), you will need to reset your password to sign in to the website for the first time.
Not sure if you have an account or which email address you are registered with? Please email ncfp@ncfp.org and we can assist you with setting up your account.
Resetting my password
Visit the password reset page to request a link to reset your password.
If you did not receive an email to reset your password and need assistance, please email ncfp@ncfp.org.
Requesting a website account for a colleague
Navigate to your my account page and click the “request a login for a colleague” button. After you submit the request, your colleague(s) will receive an email to set up their account. These are sometimes sent to a spam folder. If they do not receive an email within two hours, please reach out to ncfp@ncfp.org for assistance.
While the “request a login” form only allows you to submit up to four names at once, all staff and board members at member organizations are eligible for accounts. If you need to request more than four accounts, please complete the form multiple times.
Registering for a program
Navigate to the program you would like to register for and click the “register” button that appears with the event date and time. You will be taken to a registration page where you can register yourself and/or colleagues. During registration you can also submit questions for the speakers in advance of the program.
If there is no “register” button visible, you may need to sign in to register. On occasion, the “register” button is not visible because the program is not yet open for registration.
Renewing my membership
Navigate to your my account page and click the “renew” button next to your membership expiration date. Please note that membership benefits begin once payment is received.
Updating my information or my organization’s information
Navigate to your my account page and click the “edit” button next to “my account” or “my organization” to make updates.

Posting a job
Share a job via our job submission form and we will post it within two business days.
