- Getting Started (haven’t done 21/64 or CAP) – Holidays, Family, & Giving Season: What resources are you sharing with families to promote their discussions this giving season?
- Medium-Low (have 21/64 or CAP but haven’t put much into practice) – Strategy & Community Connection: How are you supporting families with strategy or giving reviews? How are you connecting donors and families to the community and your community’s needs?
- Medium-High (have 21/64 or CAP and some hands-on experience) – Family Meetings: How are you preparing for family meetings, tools, and connections this holiday season?
- Advanced Practitioners – Continuing the conversation from the June workshop on leading your team through internal DEI work, related changes in policies and practices, and conversations with donors and fundholders.
