Emerging Family Leaders Peer Network: Listening to Shift and Share Power with Communities

Join NCFP’s Emerging Leaders Peer Network to hear from the Fund for Shared Insight about the ways funders can listen and respond to their communities. Listening is critical to building meaningful relationships, sharing power with those most impacted by issues, and advancing change and equity. Learn how you can improve your philanthropy by engaging in high-quality listening and feedback practices. The Fund for Shared Insight will share their Funder Listening Action Menu to help you surface the most effective solutions, co-create more positive outcomes, and shift power to the people and communities at the heart of our work.

For this interactive meeting, we encourage attendees to join with webcams on. To help foster candid discussions, peer network events are not recorded.

A reminder regarding eligibility for this peer network: this network is for next-generation family members (approximately 21–40 years old). If you fall outside this age range, this may not be the best peer network for you. Please see our full list of peer networks to find one that you can get involved in.
