Manager of Partner Relationships

With a designated portfolio of grantee partners, this team member serves as the lead for developing the ADFF relationship with their grantee partners and stewarding the foundation’s investment in the organization’s impact and resilience. Managing relationships with grantee partners includes listening to their needs and solutions, serving as a thought partner, supporting capacity building priorities, and making funding recommendations to guide the Foundation’s relationship-centered approach to philanthropy.
