Senior Data Product Manager

Candid actively collects and stores decades of nonprofit data from many sources to make comprehensive data on philanthropy accessible to nonprofits, foundations, technology providers, researchers and more. The senior data product manager will lead the strategic direction and product roadmap for this data at Candid, prioritizing data collection that drives user engagement, retention, and differentiated value to the philanthropic sector. They will treat data as a product, ensuring that the quality, quantity, and coverage of Candid’s data is aligned and validated by user needs and impact on the sector. They will identify, prioritize, and advocate for data requirements that continuously improve the data, working collaboratively with many teams across the organization on implementation like data discovery, data architecture, data operations, data science, product management, growth and more. The senior data product manager’s vision, roadmap and release schedule are critical to the overall success of Candid’s products as this data fuels all Candid’s products including Candid’s web tools, APIs, and data sets.
