Constance J. Walker is the founder and president of Walker and Associates Consulting. She was the executive director of the Greater Richmond Community Development Corporation, program officer of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, and program officer and director of the Program Related Investment Fund for the James Irvine Foundation. She is also a former Co-Chair of the Neighborhood Funders Group, an affinity group of the Council on Foundations, and a founding member of Bay Area Blacks in Philanthropy.
