Sergio Rodríguez

CEO, The Hector and Gloria López Foundation

As CEO, Sergio Rodríguez oversees the entire scope of The Foundation to include ranch and oil and gas management as well as grant-making.  A nephew of the founders, Sergio led the GALO Land and Cattle operation for seven years.  Prior to these roles, Sergio spent 20 years as Vice President with the information technology and services consulting firm, CGI and worked  in London, Denver, Washington, D.C. and in Austin.

He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Austin Community Foundation as well as on the board of Austin PBS.  He is also a member of the Austin Area Research Organization (AARO). Sergio previously served on the boards of Con Mi Madre and Breakthrough-Central Texas.

A graduate of Princeton University with an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Sergio lives with his wife Louise in Austin where they raised their three daughters.
