Toya Graham serves as executive director of the Carolyn W. and Charles T. Beaird Family Foundation and is responsible for daily operations under the direction of the Foundation President, Nicole Seawall. Toya has an extensive administrative background in educational organizations and contributes a valued perspective within the Foundation. She works alongside the Foundation leadership implementing activities that align with the Foundation mission for the community and Foundation membership. She earned degrees from Dillard University and LSU in Shreveport and holds a doctorate in education from Louisiana Tech University. As a resident of northwest Louisiana, Toya is committed to the community growth and enhancement.
