From immigration and housing to climate and the arts, nearly all sectors are facing a challenging policy landscape and lack of funding. Join us for an interactive discussion led by David Daniels of the Bainum Family Foundation as we address the unique challenges of being a BIPOC CEO and leading during these trying and rapidly evolving times. We will explore what it means to balance the diverse needs of community, board, and staff members and how best to lead in service of them.

This meeting is designed specifically for BIPOC CEOs. The meeting will also reserve time for participants to also share their challenges and resources and to call on their peers for advice.

The BIPOC Leaders Peer Network is available to BIPOC CEOs or executive directors at family philanthropies. The network is only available to NCFP Member organizations. If you are unable to attend this event, but would like to join the BIPOC Leaders Peer Network, please sign up here
