Family philanthropies begin in a variety of ways, each with their own origin stories and motivations, but all start with a founder or set of founders. While each founder’s journey is unique, all founders must set a vision for the philanthropy and determine who to engage as partners in the work and how to do so. The Founding Donors Peer Network will provide a space and community for founding donors to discuss topics of interest and share perspectives with peer funders.
The inaugural peer network meeting will be an opportunity for attendees to share challenging situations and creative solutions in a confidential space. In addition, we will solicit feedback about what topics and conversation formats would be most useful to you as we plan future programs for this peer network.
