Join a community of family members, ages 21 to 40, who are early in—or preparing to take on—a governance role within their family philanthropy.
This peer-driven network provides a space for collaborative learning, knowledge sharing, and growing leadership skills, which help members navigate the complexities of family dynamics and stewarding resources collectively. Share how you’re navigating the joys and challenges of multigenerational leadership, decision-making, and collaboration.
During these sessions, participants will engage in deep discussions and with case studies and real-world applications to tackle issues such as:
- Defining your philanthropic purpose
- Exploring effective governance practices
- Managing conflict and family dynamics
- Identifying and implementing impactful strategies and tools
If you are interested in a more immersive cohort experience, please express your interest here for our Emerging Family Leaders Learning and Action Cohort.
