Jeannea Varrichio

National Director of Legal Services, Foundation Source

Jeannea Varrichio is the National Director of Legal Services at Foundation Source where she provides support to foundations and their advisors on a range of issues including, grants to individuals, program-related investing, international grant-making, scholarship and award programs, and direct charitable activities.

Jeannea collaborates with the company’s foundation clients to develop and achieve their philanthropic goals while remaining in compliance with self-dealing, excess business holding, jeopardizing investment, and taxable expenditure rules.

Jeannea serves on the board of directors for The Foundation Source Charitable Foundation.

Prior to joining Foundation Source, Jeannea managed the foreclosure and bankruptcy department at a national financial services firm. Jeannea received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from State University of New York at Old Westbury. She is a graduate of The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was an editor for The Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.
