Jessica Green, a third generation family member, has just completed her first three year term as board member and Vice President of The Duchossois Family Foundation. During that term she was actively involved in the strategy sessions that lead to the first transformational gift under the new board leadership to UChicago Medicine known as the Duchossois Family Institute which launched in October of this year. She also chairs the investment and website committees for the Foundation. As a member of the Family Council, Jessica has most recently lead the 100th Anniversary Task Force which included project managing the creation and publication of a commemorative coffee table book Riding the Rails on the history of the Duchossois family enterprise as well as the 100th Anniversary celebration for the Duchossois family’s first through fourth generations. She also serves on the 4G Education committee which is tasked with multigenerational legacy education from fiscal responsibility to family cultural values and philanthropy.

Independent of the family, Jessica has just entered her second term on the board and executive committee of Chicago-based, non-profit Interfaith Youth Core. She sits on the board and chairs the fundraising committee for the Barrington-based, non-profit Music Blocks, and was an inaugural member of the Chicago Leadership Council of the national non- profit, Upwardly Global, chairing the inaugural launch and fundraising events for both of the latter organizations. In 2010, Jessica and her husband, Dominic founded The Gentleman Farmer, an organic vegetable CSA and market farm located in Barrington, IL,  growing the farm from 15 members to 250+ in five years. While it was in operation, Jessica managed the customer service, office administration, event coordination, marketing and website design and maintenance for The Gentleman Farmer.
