Kate Ray

Program Associate, Rogers Family Foundation

Kate Ray joined the Rogers Family Foundation team in July of 2019. As the Foundation’s Program Associate, Kate supports the Foundation’s program operations, strategic communications, grants management, and facility functions. Prior to joining the Foundation, Kate spent two years as a middle-school science teacher, first in Fort Worth, Texas, and most recently in Oakland with Aspire Public Schools. Kate earned a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (4-8 Grade Science Education) from the University of North Texas, and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership from TCU, where she served as the Tutorial Coordinator for the university’s Athletic Academic Services Office. She currently lives in Oakland.
