Lydia Clements is a philanthropic advisor focused on advancing community efforts for the betterment of all. She has experience in providing strategic grantmaking and management for families, organizations, and funder collaboratives. Her work focuses on facilitating partnerships that blend funding, leadership, and knowledge.
