Rob Buchanan is president of CAF America. Formerly, he was president of the El-Hibri Charitable Foundation in Washington, D.C. and managing director of International Programs at the Council on Foundations in Arlington, VA. The Council on Foundations is a membership organization that serves the public good by promoting and enhancing responsible and effective philanthropy in the United States and around the world.
