Unit 1: Introduction and Key Questions
As you review the remaining units in this module, keep in mind these key questions:
For whom are we creating value? – size of market, demographics, etc.
What are their motivations?
- Their goals: What needs are they trying to satisfy, and in what contexts?
- Their pains: What gets in their way, makes them feel frustrated, or feels too costly in terms of time, money, or effort? What negative social consequences do their fear within their family?
- Their gains: What would make their lives easier or lower barriers to starting and succeeding in their goals? What would make them look good to others?
How do we know these answers?
If we haven’t heard them directly how will we reach out to learn more directly from that audience?
