Teri Gardiner

Communications Officer, the Kenneth Rainin Foundation

Teri is the Communications Officer at the Kenneth Rainin Foundation and works collaboratively with program staff to develop communication strategies, manage public relations activities and events, and plan and implement social media campaigns. Teri has extensive experience in nonprofit communications and graphic design.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Teri served as a Communications Director for the Richmond Art Center and the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, and worked as a graphic designer in a variety of studios. In these positions, she led branding efforts to help organizations better position themselves, directed public relations initiatives, managed content development and supported fundraising efforts. Teri is also a co-founder of Ramon’s Tailor, an alternative arts space in the San Francisco’s Tenderloin District.

Teri has a BA in Graphic Design from the California College of Arts & Crafts and a BA in Journalism and Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
