Non-Family Staff Peer Network: The Impact of the Great Reshuffle on Work Culture

In this time of shift and transition, how is the great reshuffle and resignation impacting your work culture? Network co-chairs Denise Porche and Kim Wright and your non-family senior staff colleagues will connect in small groups around two self-selected topics including: professional development to grow and retain staff, succession planning, transitions, and culture. If there is a specific topic that you’d like to discuss, please let us know in your registration.

NCFP’s Non-family Staff Peer Network, chaired by Denise Porché and Kim Wright, is designed for senior level non-family staff members who work at family foundations in NCFP’s Friends of the Family network. This time is peer-directed, with NCFP staff and other outside experts serving as resources. Join your peers and build a network of colleagues facing the unique challenges, complications, and joys that are inherent in this role.
