Director of Learning and Impact

The Ceres Foundation is in an exciting period of growth as we continue to expand our grantmaking portfolio. We’re seeking an experienced data and evaluation leader with outstanding strategic, facilitation, and relational skills to serve as the inaugural Director of Learning and Impact. This position will work closely with the Executive Director to help design and implement a comprehensive, integrated, learning, evaluation, and measurement strategy. The role will help us to assess the effectiveness of our grantmaking strategies, define outcomes and impact measures within each focus area, and develop frameworks for ongoing evaluation and learning. Over time, the Director will also collaborate with our grantee partners to share our impact learnings and to design supports that deepen their capacity for data management.
