Karen H. Putnam was appointed associated dean for advancement of the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study in 2010. She has held numerous fundraising positions and was named principal and director of philanthropic services at Bessemer Trust Company in 2000. Previously, she headed the Central Park Conservancy for five years.
