Mimi has 25 years of market research and consulting experience spanning retail banking, credit products, hospitality, affluent/HNW clients, and small business owners. Mimi has expertise in market sizing, segmentation, product development, customer satisfaction/loyalty, and advertising/communications analysis. Prior to joining Phoenix, she led PSCU Financial Service’s consulting and market intelligence efforts, and was VP at Sterling Research Group, where she was in charge of both hotel satisfaction tracking and custom consulting research. Mimi holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
