Non-family Staff Peer Network: Managing Up for Trust, Relationships, and Impact, Part 2

How do you manage tension and differences with your board, while building trust and maintaining important relationships? How do you reconcile doing the work and staying true to yourself? This session will offer a space for lightly facilitated small group conversations with your peers on how to work closely with your board while navigating the complex dynamics that sometime arise over difficult and divisive topics.

NOTE: This session is a follow-up to this network’s February 28th conversation, but participation in that session is not required to join these small group discussions. The session on “Sharing Stories of Mistakes, Lessons Learned and Unlearning” will be rescheduled for later in 2023.

For this interactive meeting, we encourage attendees to join with webcams on. To help foster candid discussions, peer network events are not recorded.
