Ginni Galicinao is a Family Dynamics Consultant for Wells Fargo Private Bank.  Ms. Galicinao plays a leadership role in developing the Family Dynamics program, and is responsible for helping high net worth clients successfully address their concerns at the intersection of the financial and non-financial issues families of wealth face.

The Family Dynamics team helps families sustain their wealth across generations, by facilitating decision-making about the complex issues that arise as a result of substantial wealth.  The team of highly experienced Family Dynamics Consultants works with families to navigate issues at the intersection of family culture, leadership development, and ownership. In addition, the team supports the Family Dynamics Resource Center, a multi-media library that promotes generational education through the use of Family Workshops and the Family Dynamics Knowledge Lab.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Galicinao ran her own family enterprise consulting and coaching practice.  She has been coaching, mediating, facilitating and consulting since 2004. Her background includes degrees and certifications in Organization and Family Relationship Systems, Philanthropic Advising, Professional Mediation, Executive Coaching, Compassionate Communication, Crucial Conversations, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. She has been an active member with a number of associations, including the Purposeful Planning Institute, Council on Foundations, National Center for Family Philanthropy, International Coach Federation and the Mediation Association of Colorado.

Ms. Galicinao lives in Denver, Colorado and is a former professional dancer, loves the arts, triathlons, being outside in nature, and intellectual discourse.
